The Complaints Book is a virtual document made available to consumers in accordance with the Consumer Protection and Defense Code (Law No. 29571) and its regulations approved by Supreme Decree No. 011-2011-PCM of Peru. Through this form, you can register a complaint or claim related to the services offered by our company.

Complaint: Discontent regarding customer service or attention.
