Deadlines and conditions
100% penalty. According to the Ministry of Culture policies, there are no refunds; nor changes of name, date, time or personal data.
From 10% penalty. Peru Rail and Inca Rail have their own cancellation policies depending on how close the travel date is. Please consult your executive.
From 50% penalty. Inca Trail packages are subject to differentiated cancellation charges depending on proximity to the travel date. Please consult your executive.
Usually 100% penalty. Each hotel has its own cancellation policy. Please consult your executive.
Please contact your sales executive to detail the applicable penalty amount in case one or more passengers do not travel.
Changes and adjustments to your booking
2.1 Any change of date, time or service after payment confirmation will be subject to availability and possible penalties or fare differences.

Important: Machu Picchu tickets do not allow changes of name, date, time or personal data according to Ministry of Culture policies. Train tickets (Peru Rail / Inca Rail) may have penalties for changes; please consult your executive.
Events beyond our control
There are events beyond our control that may prevent, totally or partially, the provision of the service:

Important: Machupicchu Agency is not liable for the cancellation, modification or interruption of services due to acts of God or force majeure. Services are already booked and paid in advance to third-party providers (hotels, trains, Ministry of Culture, operators).
In these cases, we will make the following arrangements on behalf of the passenger:
Note: If the passenger cannot reach the meeting point due to causes outside the company (delays, road closures, personal decisions), the service is considered no-show with no right to a refund.
Coordination with flights and airports
5.1 Transfers from the airport:
Cancelled or postponed flights: If the flight is cancelled or rescheduled by several hours, the service may be considered no-show. Coordinating a new transfer will incur an additional charge, subject to prior coordination with your sales executive.
